Latest "Inside Health" on Radio 4 covers a bit on A&E

Meningitis sounds scary. Pretty sure a young man died in his sleep at home in Glasgow, quite recently.

Take it from someone that's had bacterial meningitis (the bad one that kills!), it's not that easy to diagnose........I only had fever & flu like symptoms until losing consciousness. The local GP thought it might have been leukemia or meningitis! It was only confirm with the lumber puncture.

Easy to critise Doctors & the NHS.
