Erm yes he did, there's a photo clearly showing it( my phones being a w**k and i can't seem to save it but it's on our Facebook page)There's a cost involved that we may not be able to afford As pointed out when the card is rescinded in record time you'll get your cash back. In that case, then yes I would urge an appeal. Based on the video, not all Binos fans agree with me (most do though) and not all Pars fans agree with you but it happened right in front of me.
