Anykindafitbaw
Give the latest outburst of violet conduct at cambuslang, a game I was at, and his previous track record of violent and outrageous tackles, even to the extent of spitting on players. Should he be banned for remainder of season?

Anykindafitbaw
Why not ? He is at least due 6 for this one and given his previous record should he not be taught a harsh lesson
tambothejambo
If the rules say he has to be banned for x amount of games then that's what he should be banned for. Much as many people would like too we can't just start making up rules/bans for players that are unpopular.
Kit Kennedy
Sad thing about this threat is the lad is actually a decent player! I Thot he was having a good game on Saturday as was the lad Watson who was injured! Speaking to 2 lads at the game on Saturday they both said that his temperament badly let's him down. The stamp was terrible and I trust that he will be punished accordingly that coupled with his previous red cards this season he will probably get a 8 game ban. Also was told that forth will be looking to move him on aswell
Anykindafitbaw
The rules allow for the sjfa to increase bans based on excessive misconduct so they can dish out whatever ban they choose. The boy is a good player with a lot of potential but his attitude and down right wreck less behaviour endangers the safety of other players
alfie2
first class knob end if he has talent he has got to engage brain or he will be out football soon no club will entertain him what a talent to lose.
Gonna Wanarurs
This is getting boring, we all are in agreement that Kris was stupid and reckless and as above will be dealt with under the rules the sjfa have for disciplinary matters so I don't see the point of starting this thread to go over what's been talked to bits on other threads. Everyone agrees he should be punished and what he done was wrong so let's move on and talk about something else please
Optimis Prime
This is starting to sound like a witch hunt, when do the baying mob show up? The rules are there to deal with players like this, and deviating would start a dangerous precedent. I've seen and played with some guys who had a questionable disciplinary record, by the sounds of it Kris might be one of those but to have special rules for him is not in anyones best interests. tambothejambo
He will need to go the rest of the season behaving himself and showing that he can control his temper. Do actually believe there's a more than decent player there but this matters not a jot if he's letting himself, teammates and manager down on a consistent basis. If you watch games opposition players are rightfully winding him up as they know he will react.
Argushenrik
Having witnessed him break a Vale of Clyde players leg last season at the time I gave Dick the benefit of the doubt for the tackle, but subsequently find out he has a history of nasty tackles and of injuring opponents and for spitting on them. I personally feel the boy should be taught a real lesson and the more games he gets banned for the safer our game will be. He is an above average player and I wondered why no big team came in for him until I investigated his career. I don't think the boy will ever learn or calm down time for action against him. PumaKing
Having worked with Kris last season I can say that he has the talent and ability to play at a higher level. He's still a young lad and aggression is part of his game. Channeled in the right way this makes him a formidable opponent when he's focused. He can become easily caught up in silly things that go on in a game and needs to learn to deal with opponents trying to wind him up, as there's no doubt opposition teams single him out to provoke a reaction because of the reputation he currently has. We all know that's part of football and by fully concentrating on doing what he does best, being competitive and getting on the ball and recycling it, he can overcome these weaknesses in his game and mature into the midfielder he has the ability to be. No one can condone or defend some of the stuff he's done or been caught up in but he's not the bad lad some people on here would have you believe. He deserves to be punished for his actions on Saturday and he'll just have to take his medicine in that respect and hopefully he reflects and learns from it. Kris just needs to finally mature as a player and put all the negative stuff behind him and give people the right reasons to be talking about him. PumaKing
For the record Argushenrik, it wasn't Kris that made the tackle that unfortunately injured the young VOC player last season! I'll give you the benefit of the doubt that your genuinely mistaken. But it doesn't help when he's wrongly accused of being involved in an incident he'd nothing to do with. thelangonline
Think the boys is being a wee bit hung oot here. He did wrong, the ref seen it and dealt with it. He wont be the first to be guilty of numerous disipline faults and whe def wont be the last. take his couple of game ban, come back and hopefully learn from it

Hertha_BJFC
If the boy is a hot head then fair enough and maybe he needs to control himself a bit better but surely the opposing players who deliberately set out to wind him up aren't really any better? Nobody wants to see anyone being hurt but if you're going out to wind someone up who's got a suspect temperament then maybe just maybe you should expect a backlash . Nobody wants to see anyone being hurt but if you're going out to wind someone up who's got a suspect temperament then maybe just maybe you should expect a backlash . are you being serious here? because a player winds another player up it makes it acceptable for a player to lash out?? players wind each other up in every game its all part n parcel of football. If a player cant handle it then they shouldnt play the game. The best way to deal with someone who winds you up is play better than them...simple
