surely not!
Can anyone talk me through how the draw is always third favourite? Surely the most likely outcome if the favourite doesn't win is the draw rather than the other team?
welshbairn
Can anyone talk me through how the draw is always third favourite? Surely the most likely outcome if the favourite doesn't win is the draw rather than the other team? The pools used to be score draw, 0-0, away win, home win, in descending order for points. Between 0-0 and 4-4 there are a lot more possible win/lose scores than draws.

Nocko
The Hurlford game was on the main coupon at Hills and singles were accepted as we took plenty of them.
Nocko
We have 5 shops in Killie and everyone got same coupons if you had a problem with one it has obviously been a mistake. On the plus side though you have maybe saved some cash.

superbigal
Owen I placed a £50 acca in Cupar yesterday morning. The cashier was a good young guy and rather embarrassed at holding me up. He said he had to phone all bets in from Junior coupon of £50 upwards. He then said none had ever been refused. As the person taking the call kept saying "how do you spell that " etc, they were clearly clueless to what was being bet on. How can they then ever really make any decision ? I believe bets are then allegedly phoned in to you personally later. Care to comment as it would be nice to establish Hills official line on taking bets and who answers the phone when the shops call in. This is not a criticism I would just like clarification as I can never find any consistency. Certain cashiers are just obstinate little hitlers, some are plain useless. This guy knew his stuff and was well up to speed on the juniors.
Nocko
Like any other bet there will l be limits on them that need to be called through to our offices in Leeds. Some telephonists who answer the calls will have more experience than others with the names of Junior sides. I can only apologise for the hold up.
