The Danish government don't subsidise those flights as most Danes are fed up of the amount of money siphoned off to Greenland as it is. Svalbard is a much cheaper option if you're looking for an arctic trip. Top five I haven't been to: 1. Iran 2. North-Caucasian Russia 3. Japan 4. Pakistan 5.
