Reid
Probably posted 2 Facebook statuses over the last year. Tweet too much though.
IanW1874
I mainly use Facebook for messenger/chat tbh. I'll have a read of what other folk are putting up but it's not often I'll put up a status of my own. I'll usually stick something for 'bigger' events like a family wedding or a holiday, but most of my statuses are probably Hearts related. Like to try and noise a few folk up once we've beaten Hibs again and see who bites. Twitter is different. I'll probably tweet a few times a day but most of the time it's just general thoughts that enter my head. For example if I'm watching a football game on TV I'll probably tweet about it when something important happens. It's been good for getting a few bites during the referendum campaigns though, plenty of sensitive souls out there.
Waldo Ponce
Probably posted 2 Facebook statuses over the last year. Tweet too much though. Tonight was some excellent work on Twitter sir. I've never had Facebook, on Twitter I can go a week of not posting and then I can be tweeting constantly, If there is football on I'm usually pretty relentless oh and when I am drunk annoyingly. My output is mainly driven by if and where I am working.
Fraser Fyvie
So some people post regularly, and some people post irregularly. Stunning revelations.

YassinMoutaouakil
I probably post about a couple of times a week, but I have a core group of about 10-20 mates that like/comment on each other's statuses. Twitter I only really retweet stuff.
Fraser Fyvie
Not sure exactly what you were expecting from this thread. Exactly this. Maybe the OP was expecting something else. It's like those threads on football forums saying "Are you going to the game this weekend?" And you get a bunch of replies saying "aye I'll be there with my laddie" or "naw working so can't make this one" etc. What's the point?
Kris.
My last post on Facebook was May 2013, I think. I've commented on a couple of things since then, but I rarely check it as well. Twitter I've went months without posting before, but I'd have a flick through a couple times a day. Right now I'm probably posting a few times a week, but not much more. throbber
Why am i getting people on my news feed saying - I know nobody will see my status but sometimes, when I am bored, I go into the garden, I cover myself in earth and I pretend I am a carrot

I'm just curious as to peoples habits given how large these platforms are to express opinion. It's absolutely nothing like the example that you've given. My deepest apologies that my thread doesn't live up to your high expectations.

SimplyTON
Use FB a lot but rarely post anything "original" on there My personal timeline gets a couple of posts a week usually just sharing a movie trailer or something football related(My wife keeps the family updated with pics of the kids etc)I run a football team and have a couple of pages on FB so am constant posting game related stuff and keeping up with everyone on messenger. On Twitter constantly again very little original content from me on there.
Ross.
Referendum definitely saw me post far more often than normal on Facebook and Twitter. Normally I look at both several times a day, rarely posting on Facebook but occasionally on Twitter. Mostly use twitter for porn when taking a sh*t break in work.
