Wile E Coyote
The Ardagh Cup final between Talbot and Glenafton will be played on Sunday 12th October at Troon Poor decision IMO. Looks like fans don't matter. Nothing against Troon but this game should be played at Cumnock
Hertha_BJFC
Cumnock all day long for me . Its situated Right next to both clubs in only being a few miles away from both, it has an excellent social club , a good pitch , plenty of cover and a decent public transport to get to . Troon is much further away from both albeit they did a decent job in hosting the final last season outwith the kick off delay due to not enough gates being opened. travis
Why has Troon been chosen to host the final, surely the obvious choice was Cumnock as it would have saved both sets of fans money to fork out on buses and possibly a bigger crowd? Poolwizard
and why has troon been given the final 2 seasons in a row ??? MONEY ?? MONEY ?? MONEY ?? I sort of understand why it was there last year as it was between beith and Cumnock sort of in middle ?? but for the 2 teams that are in east Ayrshire having to play a final in south Ayrshire is stupid when theres perfectly good grounds around the 2 finalists

Hertha_BJFC
Defo down to cash. Ps can I delete the rest of your topics lol ? #COTB With 8 Ardagh cup finals this season I'm sure that we can share it amongst lots of different Ayrshire grounds. Black Craig
As a Glens supporter, Townhead would have done me! Failing that I would have been happy to toss up for Loch Park or Beechwood but we're only supporters so we don't matter! Nothing against Troon, good wee park but it just seems silly to me! glenmuir
Both Talbot and Glens fans should boycott the final as this is the only way the clowns who run our game are going to listen to the genuine supporters. No fans no cash absolutely shocking decision. Wile E Coyote
I would like somebody from the West region to explain this decision. Not one person agrees with it or thinks its a good idea
Hertha_BJFC
Maybe Troon provide great hospitality .
bowie
At last years final supporters held back to allow the SJFA officials and wuman folk in,, and there wis a lot of them . . so Yes guess Troon really look after benifactors

catakoom
A boycott would never work as all the diehards would go and the morons at the sjfa know that. So it looks like get it right up you fams we will decide whether you like it or not.
Bul21402
I smell shiiiiiiite !!!!!!. There is something very wrong with this decision and somebody somewhere is getting their trooser pockets lined . Last seasons final was a disaster in many ways due to lack of manpower on gates, in the shop and the social club. That was quite sad as the folk at Troon are always welcoming and sociable , but, this decision defies description
cjfcx
There is also no segregation a Troon at all with everyone going in the same gate. Recipe for trouble IMO
