The Arbroath Thread

So our list of midfielders (or that can play midfield) are:
Gold, kader, whatley, yule, martin, mccord, swankie, denholm, mckenna, linn and skelly.

A pretty impressive selection of players. As it looks like we will be playing 3-5-2 for the rest of the season whats the best 5?

I dont doubt he is fitter than all the people posting on here, as i said he is the sort of footballer who needs games to be match fit.

What footballer doesn’t need games to be match fit? How can anyone be ‘match fit’ without playing matches?

Don’t know how his fitness in comparison to fans is relevant either tbh. [emoji23]

A "fan" goes to Gayfield and cheers on his team.

A "fan(ny)" goes to a friend's wedding and turns his back on his beloved Lichties! (for the first time in 10 years)

:whistle Hope you had a good day!

I hope you didn't wear shorts or a Hawaiian Shirt to the wedding!

Who do Arbroath have for their games in hand. They've played two less than Ayr, but 11 points behind. It'd be a long shot but if them won them both then they might cause a few nervous looks over the shoulder.

alloa and Albion rovers, both away. Games not been rescheduled yet.

Can we catch Ayr United?

Definitely doable if we can keep the momentum going

Very unlikely, but definitely doable.

If we were allowed to change the left over fixtures and play Ayr every second week away from home it'd be a certainty we'd finish above them ;)

Considering our record down there and how good a day out it is - It'd be superb if we had them over two legs in the play offs, second leg away at Somerset on the Saturday.
