Sherrif John Bunnell
How can I not pay council tax without my wages being arrested please help or point me in the right direction. Go to your local CAB and get them to arrange a payment plan for your arrears with the council. They will usually accept anything if you can show that the arrestment will cause you hardship. The council will still expect you to keep your current year CT up to date though.

Sherrif John Bunnell
He asked how he could not pay his council tax. You've told him how to pay it.If he doesn't pay his council tax and the Sheriff Officer knows where he works or has his bank details, then he will have no say over what they take. Going to CAB and getting a payment plan will at least give him some leeway.
