Think a couple have came up from last year's 19's but I could be well off. No. If a youth system was in place, certain additional criteria had to be met. However you don't need a youth setup to get the license. They play Hibernian at Saughton Enclosure. The kick-off is 2pm. A programme will be issued for this match.
