Yes they have achieved their licence and have been rewarded with entry to The William Hill Scottish Cup they should not be allowed a bye in The Junior Cup as well if numerous junior clubs achieve their licences will they all get byes in the Junior Cup?

Probably. The clubs who wouldn't get byes would be those without licences - same as the seniors cup. Of course Linlithgow could have thrown every last bean at the qualifying process and played in a midden - that would be ok I suppose.
