Granny Danger
In the event of a NO vote all YES voters should go round murdering people who have voted NO then demand another referendum. I reckon there would be an amnesty within a couple of years and only 17 The Rangers fans left.
DeeTillEhDeh
It's interesting how many people would vote Greens post Yes vote, but wouldn't consider it a worthwhile vote if we're still part of the UK political system Wouldn't touch the Greens with a barge pole. Crùbag
Check the Scottish Parliament vote. I did also say that much depends on the Westminster candidate - the last 3 general elections I've voted on that basis - Hosie, Luke, McAllion. Post-independence - hopefully for a new left of centre party. There's a lot of us hoping for the same. I usually favour the SNP as they're the most progressive party that's likely to succeed, at least at Holyrood. I think they may splinter after a Yes vote. Would like to see what Labour do. Many would want a more traditional Labour but where are the skilled MSPs gonna come from for them? Btw, heard from a pal that Jim Murphy wants to swap London for Edinburgh though I haven't read this myself. Anyone seen this? If so, it shows that he doesn't have faith in Miliband to win in Westminster and is hedging his bets. He's a disgrace of man as his current tour shows. I've googled it (since I usually vote for them) and only found the UK website's policy and there's nothing too controversial that I could find. Taza
Just been told by a labour supporting no voter - who's reason is he can't stand Salmond - that should there be a Yes vote, he reckons all the no voters will then vote SNP. This is his logic for voting no.
BigMartyn86
If it's a Yes vote then I'll be voting greens or socialist. I'll only go back to labour if they get back to their roots. If it's a no vote then I'll probs won't bother my arse voting as my vote doesn't matter.
Jimmy Shaker
Labour were dead to me previously, but will be more so and from now on I'll happily spend my time tearing down posters/vandalising anything they put up. If it's a No vote then probably Tory. Labour are so shite right now that that's what a No vote represents anyway. Will enjoy bringing that up with the family, who are all Labour/No voters and haven't yet grasped what they're doing.
Thumper
Don't get me wrong, the Greens have got a number of policies that I completely disagree with (particularly their anti-science GM shite). On the other hand, they're the single party in the UK who seem to have a clue on intellectual property and technological law in general, and they're distinct from other parties in not harbouring masses of complete arseholes. I'd rather they had a louder voice at the table if only to move other parties to the left.

chomp my root
Not much of a surprise to see you're a supporter of the scottish branch of Labour with that bitter attitude Who voted for: Labour DeeTillEhDeh, DensParkNumber1, Highlandmagyar, jmothecat, chomp my root,Markoos, Seymour Skinner, Fashanu-AFC Whats with the 'naming and shaming' of those who said they would vote Labour ? The last time I checked they weren't a banned organisation, I have no problem with people knowing which way I'd vote, I do find it bizarre that you feel the need to single out one party that you obviously disagree with to castigate those who do happen to support them. You obviously feel 'safe' because you are in the majority on this forum so are quite happy to 'pick on' a smaller group, that says more about you I fear. FWIW, these were my reasons for voting Labour in a Westminster election although while not quite at the 'anyone in a red rosette' end of the spectrum my natural leanings are left of centre. I agree with a lot of this, I'm not sure how you could form governements with a large amount of independent candidates but I like the idea of it. The party system does put the party before the people they're supposed to represent. I went Labour for Westminster, if for no other reason than to try and stop the Tories. 'Won't vote' for the second question even though in reality I probably would (I've always thought you should vote if you can. I've missed some with being working away though). I don't know what they would be 'offering' yet but I'm totally uninspired by all of them at the moment. For the final question I went 'Other' but similarly to question 2, I'm not feeling the love for any of them and would hope that after the revolution there would be new parties (or rehashing of the old ones) with different agenda's. My cynicism suggests not however but at the moment it's unlikely anyway. It speaks volumes though that I don't really feel an affinity with any party and in the case of Westminster would opt for the least worst party and I'm even less enthused with the Parlie. Apologies for late reply, I've only just noticed it.

GalaKev
One question, in a Yes Vote. Who would you vote in the next UK elections in 2015? That would be interesting, even if only for a short time.
