Would that put Arthurlie in good stead signing Richie? Pollok must need at least 7/8 new players. Super Prem is looking good next year all strong teams. McInally is quietly going about his business. So Barr is a waster because he never turned it on for the sweetie rustlers? Maybe you should take a look at barrs medals that he's won in his career and it will suggest he's far from a waster. Once more a load of arrogance shown from the resident pollok snaw heid that's jackd. As for the good times returning to pollok all I will say is don't under estimate the super 1st division, you will know what I'm saying after a few weeks in it. Then proceeded to get worse under McInally, because McInally dealt with his pish. Every single player improved under McInally, apart from Richie. The Strachan debate has been and gone and as I've said I'm only gonna judge people on what they do at Pollok. clash city rocker Posted May 24, 2014 Share Posted May 24, 2014 A think Jack is a fine guy and his passion for his club is real good,have said it before but if ye look at Barrs record at Renfrew,Cumnock and Medda,it is obvious the guy is a player.Along with Diack Pollok had 2 internationalists leading the attack and scoring goals at start of the season,many many folk took them as potential title challengers.To folk outwith the club Barr looks to be the scapegoat for defensive frailties and off field problems,ye don't need players to be 100% die for the jersey,always wanted to play for Pollok nonsense as long as they are doing their job,looking at Barr's stats,he was doing his job when picked in the team.....and am no Richie Barr,if a was,a would be playing for Ladeside. monthepollok Posted May 24, 2014 Share Posted May 24, 2014 we are not using Barr as a scapegoat but he just seemed to loss interest half way through the season,a lot of off field stuff happened at club last season which were an absolute joke,I've no doubt he's a good player and will score goals if given the ammunition,our defence was a shambles and it got us relegated,I think a team should be built from the back,and we have toiled with relegation for a few years now and it's not helped by 60 players coming and going either but we have the right guy managing us now so hoping he can get us into prem again,we will need to roll sleeves up and get on with it just like beith did and kilbirnie Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
