peasy23
Cup? Didn't even see the post about the cup. ????Just went back and found it and would have got 5/7 and 5/6, though I'm sure that was 6/7.
deej
I got 2 and 6 for the cup, although it's probably too late now
Cardinal Richelieu
The first postage stamp was invented by Sir Rowland Hill back in 1840. Peasy vs Tynieness... Peasy went for 1878 and Tynieness 1850 ... so up goes Tynie and down goes Peasy. Dee Man vs Welshbairn ... Dee Man predicted he was a couple of centuries out and was wrong about that. He went for 1918 and Welshbairn 1826, so Welshbairn keeps his SWL spot and sends Dee Man home to think again.

Audaces Fortuna Juvat
In a pathetic attempt to engender some sort of sense of anticipation, here is the draw for the next round of the Fcuked-Up Cup. I will post questions before heading off to Belfast at the weekend, giving the fine denizens of the P&B quiz thread until my return on Sunday to PM me their answers. A night of listening to Anathema on Saturday night, not to mentiuon the beer that goes with it, may mean it is late on Sunday before I get round to having a look..................................... Good luck to all. CowdenO v Swarley Frankie S v Dyl Blackislekillie v LiviLion Welshbairn v pleslie99 or SlipperyP Bully Wee Villa v Pickled Herring Tynieness v Helpma Eednud v His Holy Eminence Irvine_buddie v White Rose Killie

It was a stupid question anyway. Plus I prefer the grounds for the away days in the BHL. Eta: 4/10 for Tuesday. Helpma
Back to the 6/10's again - I was unreasonably optimistic about todays questions as well, unfortunately at that point the answers intervened.

The_Kincardine
5 for Mon and 6 for Tue. Must follow the example of others and memorise a "Top 20" list...this one being late Edwardian political scandals in Australia. I'm sure it will transform my results.
