WhiteRoseKillie
I am! It says so at the top of the post! I am not, repeat not, representing England. Yorkshire, at a push. England, nah.

Jacksgranda
5 + 4 for the cup, went the wrong way on a couple of 50/50s in part two. Not that it makes much odds.

die hard doonhamer
Competition: Pie and Bovril Quizzing World Cup Location: Doha, Qatar Dates: Throughout the month of July when the sun is highest in the sky I was thinking how to shake the cup up a bit and noticed that nearly half of the teams in the P+B leagues are playing in other countries. So I've decided to attempt a World Cup type of competition. I've no idea how this format will work in practice - so any suggestions would be more than welcome! Through some mild stalking, I've sorted everyone into two teams - Scotland vs Rest of the World (I've shifted AFJ and Welshbairn into RoW to even things up a bit) - Actually, this is more like the Ryder Cup now that I think about it, but nobody likes golf, so the World Cup it is.Scotland Alang1993 BigBo10 Blackislekillie deej Die Hard Doonhamer (assuming my location: Perth is in Scotland not Australia) Dyl Frankie S gkneil Gman_1995 irvine_buddie Jagfox99 johnnydun LiviLion madwullie peasy23 pleslie99 Scotfree Supermik The Captain Tynieness Wilkinson1998 WILLIEA Rest of the World Arabdownunder Audaces Fortuna Juvat Bully Wee Villa Cowden0 Dee Man Dee_62 Eednud Helpma Jacksgranda Leeds Saint MSU Ross. She's an absolute wee honey. BWV's fleg point remains valid. If only we had a noted vexillologist to comment,,,

Perhaps you could take inspiration from this thread, note the Nepalese flag made my top 5. However, I'm afraid I can't offer any advice as I must be seen to be impartial. The last thing I want is to get a "Sebb Blatter" type reputation. Otherwise someone might call me a fanny ... then some wag will put the names together and I'll be lumbered with the nickname Fanny Blatter.

Cardinal Richelieu
I'm giving Welshbairn until around 5pm to get his quiz scores posted. If he's got time to noise up his Scotland opponents, he's got enough time to do 4 multiple choice quizzes.
