Orange Walk / Scottish Cricket thread

Scotland bounce back from a horrible defeat to Namibia on Tuesday to get their first official win against a test playing side as they beat Zimbabwe by 26 runs via D/L at the Grange. Their first win in 24 attempts against Full Member sides.

They play again on the Saturday if P&B's cricket community have a free Saturday in Edinburgh.

£20 or £14 in advance

It doesn't clash with any sectarian parades

The Catholics march the followers day and the Orange order's turn is next week

Cricket loving, homosexual joggers may have to miss some of the ODI for the "Pride Run"

The mono-brows are gathering to bring irrelevant 17th century Ireland to Grangemouth - it's cold and windy but no sign of rain

It would appear they're going to stomp down a road that the police refused to close for Children's Day last week ... more clowns attending todays event.

I'm heading back out in a couple of hours ... hopefully they've fucked off by then.

The securing of civil and religious liberties for all across the U.K. Isn't irrelevant....yet.

You'd be on firmer ground if the political wing of orangism wasn't in the process of shacking up with Theresa May.

And on a more pedantic note there was no UK in the 17th century

In an even more pedantic note: ...,or indeed technically in the 18th

And on a more pleasant note the National croquet centre in Edinburgh is hosting an international against Ireland

At least they haven't got test status in that

Steer clear of the Ellwyn (if it's even still trading) and surrounding area later then.

The bitter bellends are out and about again - a few minutes later and I'd have been stuck behind them.

It's blowing an absolute hooley though so they're getting blown all over the shop - pity it's not pouring down as well for the ultimate point-and-laugh.

Imagine being that immersed in something so pointless, embarrassing and backwards ... they absolutely fucking love it as well the utter simpletons
