pleslie99
It's at that stage where any club, barring the big guns, lose their manager, we're going to be worrying if an approach comes in for Stevie. I'm sure he's on the bookies shortlist for most vacancys.
lorenzo71
Although SA might jump at both those jobs i think there are candidates ahead of him as he is in the high risk category having not managed at that level and FT before.Falkirk fans and RC fans will expect established names to come in and wont want anything experimental even at this stage. The problem lies in where this merry-go-round may lead.I expect Paul Hartley , Jim Duffy and David Hopkin to be high on both lists but there may be others .So clubs like Morton or Livi may well be perfect for SA.We shall see.
optimistic
Falkirk would expect a more attacking style of football, aiming for promotion/title push, so probably better suited to Ross county, I'm not slating him here, but he's more used to setting his teams up not to be beat
Young gun
If SA goes to Falkirk will he take Gary Fleming with him?

I think he would probably relish the challenge and experience of having some more "better quality" attacking option to use. Falkirk aren't a bad side and they have plenty of decent players too. I fully expect if they appoint the right manager next they will probably still finish in the top 4.

DumbartonTheSons
Lifting the mood slightly. While I like it and very much hope we do extend his stay, the headline and article content are varying somewhat.'Set to' suggests its imminent he'll sign an extended contract, but the article just states that Aitken 'wants' to extend his stay.Either way, I really hope we can keep him until the end of the season, and then I'm sure he'll have his pick of clubs if he continues in the form he's started in.
Lokomotiv Dumbarton
Personally on the subject of Aitken and Falkirk, I don’t think Aitken will go, I for one think that Jim McIntyre would be a more attractive manager for Falkirk having done incredibly well at both Championship and Premiership levels in addition to winning a national cup, but maybe that’s just my opinion and they might go for Aitken after all

It's too high, obviously, but not surprising.

sergie's no1 fan
We can't exactly moan because we charge £20 at this level which is way too dear. Where does it stop though, will teams be charging £25 in a couple of years time?
