philpy
Right so far - me, widge, weirdcal, thatboyronaldo, karahibee, gordieboy. Not sure about possible dates right enough, but there's plenty time yet. How about starting at the nor loch In Waverley station, and heading down towards the water of leith area?? There's some cracking boozers down there.
Lordofthewing
I could be up for this as well, depending on when it is.

Heart of Northern
The old circle That's the one. Doubt there would be many left by the end if that. Mind you one big hurdle is no longer there. The Cabin is a Tesco!

ICTChris
Couple of um dodgy ones in there. What about down the walk and up Easter road.. There aren't that many pubs on Easter Road. If you wanted to do Leith Walk I think the best thing to do would be to start at the bottom and work your way up. That way people who aren't from Edinburgh could finish up near the train station. Off the top of my head the pubs to do would be Foot of the Walk Central Bar Spey Lounge Alhambra Boda Bar Victorias Dalmeny City Limits Brunswick Windsor Buffet Joseph Pearces Stewarty makes a good point about groups of 20+ people would be pretty unusual for most of the pubs around Leith and might not get a warm welcome in some places. Doing pub crawls up and down Leith isn't part of the usual festival/stag night circuit, I doubt it'd be like a subcrawl.
Greggy Wallace
it would have to be down leith walk and along the shore. some tremendous boozers as well as the ones where you risk getting stabbed
Heart of Northern
Yes,I think RL got that made. Would be some boozers in that crawl though.

A couple of mates and I decided to go from Victorias to the Dalmeny one night. Victorias is all £4/pint Japanese imported lager, we went to the Dalmeny and there was an old guy in a tracksuit wrestling a pitbull on the floor
Marshmallo
I definitely agree that you'd want to finish up in the city centre. Not meaning to sound like a gimp but is there any real reason why people seem to want pubs with "character"/a high stab risk?
