Just finished a rewatch of this and El Camino.

Fucking great. On to BCS now.

I'm the same. Watching Breaking Bad from the beginning, following BCS straight after, I actually prefer BCS. Can't put my finger on it but I just enjoy it more.

Could be it has a better selection of characters than Breaking Bad but definitely enjoying it more watching it the second time around and with no breaks between seasons.

Rewatching this for the first time since it finished (10 years btw, cant believe how fast its gone). At the end of season 2 now.

Its not as good as I remembered it, but still as enjoyable. Its heavily predicated on the big, actiony, explosive moments, and the stuff inbetween like the Walts cancer scenes, Jesse's personal life are dull AF.  How thick are feds as well. You have proof connecting: blue meth > Tuco > Jesse > Walt > missing lab equipment, its hardly the Lufthansa heist lads.

One thing that's better than I remembered is the humour. Was absolutely howling at the intervention scene in season 1. The second Walt walks in the door, Hank's right in amongst the charcuterie for a handful of cheese.

That's the point though; no one who knows him would ever expect Walt to be behind it all.  It's too unbelievable.
