Guest
Craigen shouldn’t be written off just yet. Houston clearly had no idea how touse him effectively, and Hartley saw him as a trier, but a trier with precious little heart for a fight. if he can play behind the strikers in a team that has half a dozen hard men to win his battles for him, then he might come good. if however, anyone fancies him to be a leader of men, or someone who can take a game by the scruff of the neck, then be prepared for a major disappointment. The guy has a bit of talent, no doubt about it, but he is just lacking in too many other aspects to be a regular starter (yep, even in the second tier in Scotland). Might easily be a star in League 1 though.

You mean like how he was a regular starter for Raith and Partick?
Guest
Yeah like that. Like Chris Commons was a regular starter for Celtic, but isn’t any longer. That kind of thing. Being a starter for a sh1t Raith is nowt to hang your coat on.If the concepts of time moving on, and players going on a downwards trajectory isn’t something you can grasp, then I am not the one to help you further.

I can grasp is quite well, I can even grasp that his name is Kris Commons, he's 34 and trying to get over an injury, it's fairly obvious why he could be on a downwards trajectory. However Craigen is 26, has been a starter for a championship winning side and a play off side (Was a pretty good Raith team the second half of that season) and was a standout against Dunfermline for Falkirk just last season. If you can't grasp a talented player who's improving at another club there's even less hope for you, the sides Craigan has started for have finished at least in the playoffs the last three times? He's played at this level. Grasp that nice and tight sweetheart.

Aj's signing criteria seems to be anyone who's played for Raith, Rangers or Falkirk. More than one and you're golden. Doesn't understand the values of the club. Exceptions for McManus and M'Voto pls

Syd Puddefoot
Craigen and Wedderburn dream team. Sloth and Snail on Tramadol. Can only imagine Johnson got tipped off by Tommy from Trainspotting.Oh dear God.
DAFC.
Absolute minter of a result yesterday btw. Think AJ has to get us in the top 4 regardless of what happened yesterday though tbqhwy. The Dunfermline job is probably one of Scottish football's finest poisoned chalices.

Stellaboz
Poisoned chalice ffs. Seriously? If the manager is good enough he'll succeed. If not, he'll fail. Simple stuff.
