Hectic weekend coming up shortly.  At The Rock on the Sat then away to TNS the following day according to the OS. Anybody know when the Sons game has been rescheduled for?

It hasnt been rearranged yet. We await Dumbarton, as home team, proposing a new date.

All that happened was they drew club 9 and called it as 6, then when they drew the actual 6 they called it again. All they had to do was replace the first team 6 with team 9, but instead they drew the whole thing again.

Bloody Hell.

They truly are imbeciles.  Are the six and nine not underlined, to avoid just this confusion?

Think they are. Anyway, it was actually 6 called as 9, but the same thing.

Montrose away, now, instead of Glenafton away.

This. Dont know whats worse. The fact they cant run a draw properly or the fact they felt the need to redraw the whole thing unnecessarily. Just put the 6 and 9 the right way round and get on with it. Not happy with that.

Anyone who watched the Challenge Cup draw would have seen that whilst they had an idiot wrestler making the draw, Anton Fagan from the League was stood in between the two celebrities making sure the right numbers were called. Why cant the SFA do the same? Its not rocket science. Or get competent people to make the draw in the first place. Or if they cant do that go back to the names inside a ball.

Totally agree.

Montrose is actually closer for me  but Glenafton was a great draw for both clubs and pretty much a perfect draw for our fans.

End of first quarter and the highest ranked team we’ve beaten so far is 7th. 3 wins and a draw against the bottom 4.  We’ve taken 2 points from the games against the top 5.

3 points out of the last 15, which is 2 points better than Brechin and 1 point better than ICT.  6 games without a win in 90 mins. Lyle was the last striker to score a league goal 3.75 games ago.

Difficult to score when you're not on the park!

Yes, but the point is that at least 2 strikers have taken part in each of the last 4 games. And they appear to have difficulty scoring when they are on the park.

Yip, Glenafton would have been terrific.

It's incredible that such an essentially simple process can cause such difficulty.

And yet not surprising really. My expectations are never high when the SFA are involved.

Jeezo Flash. You are relentlessly pessimistic.  I remember in 2002 after winning the league so many guys came up to me and said what's  point you will be instantly relegated.  Well ten years later (part time for five of these years)  we were still there. One season downstairs, won in the league by 25 points in some style. I'm old enough to remember when we were at the same level as teams like Montrose, Albion Rovers, Stennies and Berwick et all.

Trust me we have moved on.

Liked the flags on the open terrace,Guess that's to do with the new SLOs?

Also good to see a wee bit of singing,Would happily welcome that back as palmy has become a bit of a graveyard but aslong as it stays just that and doesn't end up getting the club in trouble again
