I took the Ed Sheeran/Thomas Turgoose scene to be that.The scene was possibly a bit out of place, but I thought it added a bit of warmth to an overwise quite cold and clinical episode. MONKMAN Posted July 17, 2017 Share Posted July 17, 2017 (edited) Great opener for the season. The Frey's getting killed in the first scene was an excellent start, gets them out the way early doors. Things seem to be coming together very early this season. Minimal appearance from Bran and Meera arriving at the wall, but that was enough. Jorah Mormont is at the Citadel, but his greyscale appears to be a lot worse. Dragonstone is basically built on a mountain of Dragonglass, with the throne itself looks like it's carved out of it. Ridiculous appearance from Ed Sheeran, he looked so awkward. I'll re-watch it tonight to process it all again.
