the_russian
Deserves a thread of its own. Completely new game, but more of the same in terms of gameplay. I'm not complaining though, must have racked up a few hundred hours playing F3. Actual canny wait, ken.

Jack Burton
Been looking forward to this game for a while. Dont think I'll bother getting the special edition though looks like all you get as an extra is a deck of cards and a couple of poker chips. Agree, didn't bother with special edition as it is just generic tat that comes with it. Really looking forward to this. Should lose a few days to it before the end of the year. Fallout 3 is that game i've played more than any other. Not had a nuka cola for ages!

Disraeli
I'm pretty excited about this game as Fallout 3 was a step up in quality for the series. A new setting should make it an interesting play, even if it isn't an immediate classic. One factor I hope they do alter is the achievement system. It was incredibly tedious getting to level 7 at all alignments, then 14, then 20 (levels almost certainly not exact). It allows the discerning player to save at opportune moments and "cheat" their way to the achievements rather easily, while being a right slog for the poor b*****ds who weren't clever enough. RossC93
I pre ordered mine from Amazon, pretty good for £35+£2 postage. Everywhere else seems to be either a couple of quid more or the same price. You sometimes get it from Amazon a few days early, though Amazon

I saw this and I was a little disappointed to be honest. Thought you might have got something a little more worth while. Nevermind only a week to wait for it to arrive.
