vikingTON
It's one to tell the grandkids about , that's for sure. Just like Hibs supporters regale their grandchildren with winning a Scottish Cu...oh. Oh that's right; no-one's around to tell that story to anyone still living themselves. Gutted for you. vikingTON
Yep: that must be why the "it's oor year" line develops an utterly hilarious parade of fail straight out of Leith and back into it, at least once a decade, each and every decade since you chumps managed to win the trophy. Which is ten, btw. Because you're not bothered. Not at all. Nor by your humiliating failure to win a second tier title. Nor by being drubbed on your own midden during midweek. Seems legit. It's not that I'm not bothered, I'd love nothing more than to win the Scottish. The point I'm making is that the Scottish cup jibes get thrown at Hibs fans all the time, you start to get immune to it after a while.

Elixir
Less goals scored, more goals conceded and two more defeats than Falkirk. Good chance of being down to third either in midweek or next weekend. If (when) Hibs get put out of the Scottish Cup, and if they lose the League Cup Final then fail to gain promotion as well, it will actually be even funnier than their relegation. Didn't think that was possible really, but Hibs always find a way to push the limit of hilarity.

Elixir
And two points above. Bragging about that. Points to a worrying end to the season IMO. Hell of a lot of ifs there, meight. But knowing Hibs, very likely.

Monkey Tennis
Even if you've got nothing much against Hibs; the hilarity of their shambolic nature as a club, must be recognised.
