Guy in his car on Skype on Reporting Scotland there complaining that no one is walking up and down telling everyone how long they might be stuck in the queue

I know. A wummin on the radio also complaining about a lack of communication.

Surely there's not much more they can do to let folk know about the problems.

Folk are such self centered dicks.

Bit of a different angle than the usual “stick Reevel Alderson on the M8 flyover to tell every c**t what they can see already”

Or standing in front of 1000 lorries that are about to go out and grit the streets. Seriously, why do people need to see that?

Took 2 1/2hrs to get home from Glasgow.

Managed to nick off the M80 just before it shut, up the back roads via Bonnybridge, Denny, etc and came out at Stirling services roundabout.

M80 and Falkirk roads all very poor, no obvious plough or gritting been done. Then you hit the Stirling County boundaries and it’s cleared tarmac all the way.

Whether it’s resources, management or strategy it’s evidently not that difficult. Just needs doing right.
