Honest_Man#1
Has anyone tried curing fish at home? Raw/cured fish is possibly my favourite food, but unsure about how safe/easy it would be to do at home.
Dosser-fae-the-shire
Has anyone tried curing fish at home? If they’re not well it’s best for them if you just flush them down the toilet.
carpetmonster
Beetroot with stovies and oatcakes. If you dont like this then you're effectively announcing that you're a nasty version of Barry Bennell. The guy from the SlimFast ads whose mates said he was the fattest winger in England? He had shite mates.

I've not, but you could always get sushi grade fish so if you haven't cured it right you know it should be fine anyway.Amount of times I've seen worms in fish it puts me off a wee bit unless I know the fish has been dealt with properly. Cod is particularly bad for it but seemingly Tapeworm infections from salmon is on the increase.
