Has anyone tried curing fish at home? Raw/cured fish is possibly my favourite food, but unsure about how safe/easy it would be to do at home.


I've not, but you could always get sushi grade fish so if you haven't cured it right you know it should be fine anyway.

Amount of times I've seen worms in fish it puts me off a wee bit unless I know the fish has been dealt with properly. Cod is particularly bad for it but seemingly Tapeworm infections from salmon is on the increase.

Spicy tomato baked eggs

Made spicy tomato baked eggs with crusty bread for breakfast this morning........absolutely magnificent even if I do say so myself! (Apologies, never took a pic of my creation)

edit. It was utterly magnificent!

They were sampling shit loads of stuff in Costco today, I didn't need my lunch when we got home. Anyways, we had salt and pepper chicken with chilli and salt chips tonight. Lovely.IMG_20180210_193323.jpg
