Quick Question Thread

Right my turn... Legal question.

When selling a house, what avenues of recourse is there for the buyer beyond the initial 7 day (I think) thing where you can argue ablut stuff.

Specifically relating to structural/utilities/drainage and that sort of thing? Can someone find a problem a year down the line and hit you for it?

Asking for a friend, Casa Bairnardo is not for sale.

Reading that again, sumcunts chasing you ? Save in the chance of some wilful misrepresentation, the same answer above applies. Tell them to do one.

I've finally been forced to embrace the modern world, cast aside the old rotary dial telephone, and buy myself one of these new-fangled smartyphones that the youngsters spend all day fixedly staring at whilst walking into lampposts. Besides shoving it up my arse, which is a suggestion I know to be coming, what tips do my fellow P&Bers have for things that I might do with my newly-acquired monolith?

Trim phones are for poseurs. The 746 worked perfectly well, and you could beat a man to death with it. The young ones don't know what they're missing.

Anyway, it's an iPhone 5s. I will investigate these Modbro and grindr things and report back. Please stop the speculation about my poor bottom. Thank you.

Edit: you can watch porn on these things? Suddenly I see why the youngsters are always walking into lampposts.

The pie and Bovril app is pretty good. Smartphones are good for downloading and listening to podcasts. If you subscribe to audible their app is good and the various sports apps are worth downloading and deciding which ones you like. Livescore is a really good way of keeping up to date with football scores.

I feel this may be good advice. I work with seven other people and not one of them seems to have an uncracked phone screen. I presume it's not a fashion choice.

I'm currently importing my music library into iTunes, and it's playing a split-second of every bloody song as it does so. WTF is that all about?

Edit: it's still sorting through them all, but has decided to play the entirety of With Every Heartbeat by Robyn. I think it's gained sentience.
Edit 2: Once that finished, it skipped past a few more before settling on f**k The Pain Away by Peaches. Think I'll just leave it to do its thing with the sound off, as I think it's trying to communicate.
