Mentioned about how when he first went to T&A, he had his eye on Dixie and thought she seemed overtly touchy feely friendly at times, but just put it down to southern friendliness so didn't pursue in an effort to remain professional. Seemingly he's been wanting to return ever since they forced him to retire. I think they were perfectly correct to deny him clearance for his own good as much as theirs.
