Biggest game of season so far this Saturday with a chance to clinch playoff place if we win. Hopefully a decent away support travels up to help back the team. Will be interesting to see if Andy keeps with same team as last week or mixes things up. Cant wait for it!!

Whoever takes over has a decent squad to work with, as Saturday showed.

Another poor performance with the usual mistakes giving away penalties and goals. On top of that we have little going forward and when the few chances come along the ‘strikers’ are unable to convert. Apart from the obvious of getting more firepower, I’m not sure how they will improve. I cant remember any time, in any game this season, when we have dominated the midfield and put any sustained pressure on teams. At the start of season I had high hopes, currently I would be happy to stay in the league.

Watched the last few games and goalkeeper, defence and midfield look to give us a solid base. My concern is we have shown nothing in attack and the front two of Rodden and Sammon look lost and are stealing a jersey. Coulson is the only one who looks to open up teams but it’s not enough. We need two, maybe even three new attacking options, hopefully Brian can find a gem or two which I know ain’t easy. I initially thought we were top 4 but if we go with what we have then all I see is mid table mediocrity.

Does anyone know the injury status on Taggart and Donnelly? They are crucial to the team and missing out on pre-season isn't ideal. Hopefully isn't an issue but Devine only appears to play every 2nd game. Fingers crossed they are just easing him back to weekly games. Definitely looks like we need a striker or two to give a cutting edge. The youngsters that come on late at games have looked far more dangerous than the starting ones which is disappointing. Apart from that the midfield and defence looks much more balanced than last season.

Let’s get a bit of realism here. We finished the top part time team in the league. Injuries have been a big part in our season but we made the play offs, which was the target I assume at the start of season. Im now looking forward to season 23-24 with many local derbies and hopefully a team that everyone can get behind

Does anyone know if the club plan to ask for the Peterhead away game to be moved from the sat?

Last day to make a loan signing but it looks like we’re going with what we have. Little disappointed that we haven’t got in an attacker that has pace to get in behind as that would give us more of a plan B in attack.

Huffed and puffed to day and should have taken at least a point. If we don't manage to get a striker into the club in the next week before window closes I see mid table mediocre come the end of season. Shame, as we have a team that can compete with all teams in this league, goals are just becoming a rarity at a crucial time in season.

First half we were really poor with Strachan probably one of the top performers. Sammon and Rodden just don't work together up front. Second half we went to 4-4-2 for a spell and dominated the game. They didn't really threat apart from a free kick off the bar and think we just deserved to win the game. A little disappointed in the away support today, get it that the distance and weather may have put people off but wasn't many of us there. Good 3 points and onto another big game next week.

Happy new year to all the wasp supporters out there. Any idea when the first signing will be announced, thought it was already a done deal? If it’s a left sided defender I still think we need a defensive midfielder, striker and someone who can create (tall order I know) as the last few games this has been an issue even though we are still scoring. Im sure others will have different opinions but we definitely need the boost of fresh faces.

Does anyone know the reason why we still cant get behind the railway end goals at home games?

Scougall signing to end of next season is tremendous business. If he can stay fit it will bring so much positivity to our play.

Does anyone know if there will be a stream available of the Buckie v Alloa game today?

Any update on the goalkeeper? From a distance it looked very serious, hope it was all precautionary.
