We should beat Raith next week with them having nothing to play for and 2 players sent off today. We could do with Josh Mullin fit again out wide and even playing with 2 up front. It leaves us a bit exposed but we also look more likely to score. 3 points next week and then see where we are!

It’s QP or Dundee for the title because QP & Dundee can’t both lose out… Ayr, Inverness, Partick or Morton. 2 of those will complete the playoff spots!

We have to take it a game at a time, but outwith Ayr winning the league. Best hope is Dundee win the league, Morton & QP in the playoffs and us being 2nd. I think if this happens, we can make the playoff final and with this team I think we could win that over 2 games. The gap between premiership and championship is not huge and if we can get everyone fit for the end of season it could be a fantastic finish to the season! if nothing else, the club has a plan, look where we were last season when we were looking at relegation to League One.

I’m a little bias naturally as an Ayr fan, but I can see Ayr being in the playoff final against the premiership team, if we can avoid more injuries and suspensions!

QP have to play Partick, Ayr, Morton away from home and then home to Dundee. Can’t see them winning the league!

It’s funny as ayr fans that we think we will need penalties to beat Dundee United over two legs in the play-offs. Tonight is massive - McDaid needs to play - Dundee United can’t handle him. Has ran riot against them all season. My biggest concern is we haven’t beat ICT all season and so don’t want to play them in the play-off’s. Best hope is we finish 2nd, Dundee United beat ICT and we beat Dundee United. Liam Smith stuff is a sideshow - I reckon we will get a reaction from the Ayr boys anyway - we always play better away from home and against Dundee United.

That’s true, I just thought it could be a reason we haven’t had any signings. Ideally hoping for Adams, Crawford and Rose to sign. That would be great!

Does the transfer window not open on 1st of June in terms of new signings? Stupid question but I’m pretty sure we can’t officaially sign players till the transfer window opens unless the players are not contracted to other clubs?
