  1. The games that have truly f*cked us are; Ayr away 2-0 up, lose 3-2. Alloa home 2-0 up, draw 2-2 Queens away 1-0 up in the 95th minute, draw 1-1. Despite us being truly god awful we have still had numerous opportunities to get us out of this almighty mess and have spectacularly blown it. I also wouldn't hold our breath about coming back up at the first time of asking.
  2. Well wouldn't have predicted that at all. Free pass today for McKinnon so will be interesting to see how it plays out. Worry that our rhs is painfully slow.
  3. Opportunity for McKee to stake a claim for a place. Whilst no world beater don't think he deserved to be ostracised under Hartley. Looks a 4-4-2, Brough left back, Robson left wing? Predicting the shape/formation this season has been a bit like predicting the lottery numbers though!
  4. Are Morton your "big team"? You seem ideally suited given the events of the past week?
  5. We are firmly in the eye of the storm territory I think. 4:45 on Saturday when we stumble out of the Challenge Cup due to McKinnon quite rightly experimenting/getting to know the squad and they'll be all over us again like an aggressive moss.
  6. I believe that you and your fellow Ton fans have finally lost your slender grip of reality. You'll take the end of big Mags shoe right up wee Crawfords proof chute and disappear back into the lower Championship/seaside league oblivion that has been your natural home for the last generation.
  7. Judging by the calibre of reply on this thread from Morton fans they will likely think mendacious is Johansson's assistant manager.
  8. How long before you throw the toys out the pram and asked to be banned again? You strike me as the type that enjoys wearing adult nappies. Oh and in the time honoured tradition, f**k off piracy!
  9. They rake in over £1mill a year from their conference facilities and funeral receptions per year which is income we could only dream of.
  10. I'd take a guess that full back & upfront might be the priority areas to improve in? Think 5/6 teams will fancy their chances of a top 4 finish but a lot will obviously depend on who signs who. Whatever happens as long as we finish above you
  11. Personally don't see Livingston doing much in their first season back and would think Dunfermline need to strengthen, particularly upfront, if they want to make top 4. Inverness could struggle 4/5 of their first team were loan signings and Tansey is off to Aberdeen. Add in the fact those loan players were part of the team that until May had only won 4 league games all season. As it stands think Utd and St.Mirren would be the biggest threat however, that can all change depending on what signings are made over the next few months. Whilst we have obvious areas for improvement we still have a strong core of players who have had us up there for the past two seasons.
  12. Have to agree with this 100%. For me Houston is the best manager in the league, yes not all of his signings have worked but name one manager who has never made a poor signing. Given the restrictions he works under with the wage cap we have signing players like Keatings, Dobbie, Loy sadly isn't going to happen. Whoever we bring in deserves a chance to prove themselves and that means more than one or two games before being slaughtered ala Craigen. Whatever happens id expect us to be up there challenging again next season.
  13. You lot confident of making any sort of challenge next season? Assuming allowing the likes of Geggan, Moffat to leave is a sign of being confident their replacements will be of a better quality???
