  1. Ryan lost a family member during the week unfortunately so maybe he's just had a mental lapse with his head not fully in the game. Agree he's been superb for us otherwise. I'd be surprised if he didn't end up at a higher level.
  2. If O'Connor was fully fit he should have started. If Strapp wasn't injured, he shouldn't have been taken off. Waters is rancid. If Robbie Muirhead wants to roll back the years then he can f**k off in the summer. Garrity has been our best player in the last 2 games and he's been a second half sub in both...
  3. Suggest you watch both back and try it with your eyes opened this time. We're a far better team without him.
  4. Broadfoot gifted Hearts their winner then had an absolute stinker at Firhill. Our best CB pairing is clearly O'Connor and Baird, proven over two seasons. Don't have a problem with Broadfoot generally but when the other 2 are fit and available he simply shouldn't be playing.
  5. O'Connor drops to the bench... Broadfoot stays in. Shambles. At least we've got gorgeous George back up top!
  6. Exactly what we deserved today. Gillespie, Power, Crawford and Blues on the park and Tyler fucking French was playing centre mid... Broadfoot useless at one end. Muirhead (Robbie) useless at the other. Garrity and Bearne were our best players. That sums it up.
  7. What in the name of f**k was Robbie Muirhead doing for their goal? Weak, half arsed, then throwing himself to the deck for no reason at all. Other than, a great performance from the team and we ran them closer than I expected us to. Hopefully we can carry that into the league and secure a playoff spot.
  8. Glad to see that the majority of fans did not turn on the team today in what was a very lacklustre performance. That's right up there with the very worst refereeing I've seen at any level of football. However, we could still be playing now and I don't think we'd be close to scoring a couple of goals anyway. Thankfully the other results haven't really gone against us, and despite today's result it's entirely possible that we go and get another unexpected win against Dundee Utd in our next game. We need both Mullen and Oakley back asap.
  9. Airdrie fans shouting cheat as Taylor-Sinclair clattered into everything that moved and could've seen red about 4 times over. Pretty funny.
  10. Probably the worst officiating I've ever seen in a game not involving Morton... Giruy Graham
  11. No idea what the Arbroath fans were complaining about tbh. The official got one big decision wrong and it was to disallow our goal for their keeper being a weak dumpling.
  12. Pretty dire performance but some of the fans were pretty harsh and I think Blues retaliating was fair. He was given pelters for a pass going back the way but he was constantly looking for Jai who was not giving him anything to work with at all. Jai obviously needed the minutes but I was surprised to see him out for the 2nd half tbh. Waters is another that needed minutes but could've had no complaints if he was hooked at half time. The whole team is clearly better with Strapp in there.
  13. Just spotted a tweet from the club yesterday blaming the fans for the absolute shit show at the turnstiles yesterday... I got stuck in the stationary traffic around Weir St/Sinclair St and didn't get outside the ground on foot until 5 past 3 so I'm not blaming the club for me missing the kick off but it was at least 20 past 3 by the time I got inside the stadium. At that point in time there would've been absolutely no harm in just opening the gates and letting folk in. No one is standing there at 10 past 3 queuing without a legitimate ticket... God forbid we draw one of the old firm at Cappielow... will need to turn up about 2 hours in advance to get in on time.
  14. I missed the first 20 mins due to the traffic chaos along Weir Street and surrounding areas. From the minute I got in til the half time whistle we dominated the game and could/should have been more than 1 up. Second half Partick were better and had most of the chances, although we did have a couple ourselves with Muirhead putting one over the bar from about 4 yards out. I've liked Blues in the wide midfield role but thought when he moved centrally we were at our poorest today. Draw was fair. The less said about the ref the better. Didn't look fit to referee a schoolboys game yet with a weekend of no Premier League games he gets one of the bigger games of the weekend somehow... I've no idea who he is but he can't be one of our top refs surely.

I had insane pack luck a while back (Ronaldinho, Mbappe and Zidane were all packed in the same week iirc). Below is my team but POTM Griezmann usually plays instead of Beto and gold Valverde instead of Gilmour. Everything here is untradable including subs and reserves. My team felt miles ahead of most at the time, but after a few weeks it was just average. There's way too many cards now, and too much fucking about (Alisson CM card, for example). Games pretty shit and I lost interest before Christmas to the point I've actually only played 2 games with that Winter Martinelli since doing the SBC.
  16. No idea why we're pretending Iain Wilson isn't horseshit as well tbh.
  17. Grant Gillespie managed the single worst substitute appearance I've ever seen in my life. Other than that, I've got nothing to say. Both teams are brutal. One is somehow 2nd in the league and we are deservedly bottom of the table.
  18. Pathetic. Started well, had a few chances, would've likely been 1-0 up if Steven Boyd was a real footballer. One moment later and Airdrie are ahead. We done nothing after that. Blues isn't a right back. McGrattan isn't a right back. A right back was sitting on the bench. Power is shite. Wilson is shite. No creativity or pace in attack.
  19. Crazy decision to loan him out tbh unless we have already reached agreements for more incoming players.
  20. The referee was the only one providing any entertainment in that game by just completely making it up as he went along. Iain Wilson is a shocking footballer.
  21. Really missing Oakley, he's vital to how we play. Muirhead offers zero presence whatsoever and it's fairly easy for any half decent centre back to defend against him playing as a lone striker. Thought Boyd looked promising in the early cup games but he's been awful against teams not at that lower level. McGrattan is our best wide midfielder and should be starting every week. Power anonymous, Wilson utter garbage. Blues better this week than last at least and tbh a tough ask to have him in the Robbie Crawford role as he doesn't have the same energy levels and isn't as effective pressing. The biggest problem of all though is quite clearly Kirk Broadfoot. Dougie was quick to drop Efe last season after his horror show at Celtic park. Broadfoot has now had several horror shows and needs dropped immediately. As things stand, I'd be tempted to just give Doyle - if fit again - a contract til January at least. It certainly isn't going to be any worse.
  22. Cameron Blues is fucking shite... so obviously instead of taking him off we move him to RB and take Darah off... Seen loads of comments over the last few months that we are better when we go with one of Muirhead/Oakley instead of trying to fit both into the team and I couldn't agree more. Today proved once again that Oakley is the one (when we have the choice obviously). 0-3 flattered us.
  23. This is dire. Muirhead and Blues are rolling back the years...
