I've been playing this for 3 days and only won 8 games! Utter nonsense

Just started with Annan and ended up sacked after no wins in 8 games! Absolutely nothing works for me. No matter what formation or tactics

Anybody went Annan yet? And are they as bad in the game as they are in real life now?
