  1. All good thanks Done a lot more reading on here in recent years, rather than spouting my nonsense, no point carping from the sidelines. Managed 5 games last season, saw us lose 4 times (how I managed that in a title winning season I’ll never know) and only decided last minute to go to the last game of the season, really glad I did though.
  2. Problem the club has got is attracting lapsed fans back to attending more games, I’m one of them, work for the past 6 years has prevented me from attending games. As someone who attended every home game for 25 years, and a fair few away games too, would I say I’ve missed it every week? No, I wouldn’t. Always still looked out for the scores but apart from the 4 or 5 games a season I’ve managed, that’s as far as my interest has went in recent years. One thing I will say though is there’s a visable increase in people wearing the clubs colours coming into my work in past month or so, and around town, and the clubs done well with the charm offensive in engaging with the public so far since winning the league. Wether this indicates a substantial increase in crowds on match days remains to be seen. Does this mean that I’ll go out of my way to request match days off work? I’ll certainly try make it to a few more games this season, but the club has to do its part, and make the product on the park an attractive product, as the days of me having blind loyalty and following the club week in week out are gone.

  4. Just got back early hours of this morning after the Stereophonics gig in Cardiff at the weekend. Brilliant gig, and really sound people down there. Couldnt have asked for a better weekend Scunnered by the news of Stuart Cable's death this morning though RIP Stuart
  5. Considering grabbing a few beers out the fridge, once ive finished my hangover cure of fry up and irn bru of course
  6. Strongbow again Got some vodka for later on though so i fully expect to have a nice hangover tomorow at the football
  7. Aye pear cider is alright for a few drinks, but gets sickly, just hope that the Strongbow ciderhouse returns next year to the festival, by far the best cider
  8. Im still waiting on mines chilling Actually not that bad this stuff, was expecting it to be worse. Gaymers was the only cider they had at one of the festivals i went to last year, and i found myself drinking a fair bit of the normal stuff aswell as the pear stuff
  9. I always have a steady supply, take one oot the fridge and another goes straight in
  10. That depends if i make it through my firewalk next Friday evening unharmed
  11. I wouldnae touch the stuff until last year. Memories of drinking too much cider in my youth just put me off it, but when its all ye have in the hotel room before a festival, ye suddenly develop a taste for it. Certainly made arriving onsite and pitching a tent rather interesting
  12. been a long long time since ive sat here after watching Ayr win, i think a slip off the wagon is justified in this case
  13. After a few hours of wondering wether or not to take some more pain killers for my back, i opted to not take some and instead get tanned into the Strongbow that was in the fridge. Wise choice cos even though i can still feel the pain, i no longer care
