Not bad. Well, apart from Duffie being mince now even when he is fit. And we're playing pretty well in a lot o the games just now, changing things up would be daft. If we were struggling though, I'd like us to try this.

Stevie Tosh was a while ago, maybe I'm being revisionist here but I thought he wasn't interested for most of his games for us. Played well for the first couple of games and then looked like he couldn't be bothered, to top it off once he left he was mouthing off in the press that we had lied to all our players about getting promoted and all our players contracts should be ripped up, the man was a tool for us.

I can get on board with the idea of Liam Craig recapturing some good form with us and working out as a signing, worry is it's another local reject we're taking from the scrap heap. Please please please sign a couple of strikers from further afield.

Who would he replace in the team?

I thought Duffie was a good right back but fear he has gone off the boil, can be suspect defensively and timid going forward. To be fair to him he has had a while out with injury and might come good but even before then he had started to fade. Could be that a new club is what he needs, he reminds me of Tam Scobbie, thought he was good when he was establishing himself but then he just seemed to lose a bit of his sharpness and was time to move on. Would like to see Baird have a good season, we need a couple new strikers for him and Biabi to mix with, at least one with some experience.

Agreed, Cooper has shown glimpses of something. I wouldn't be sad if he hung around for another season to see if he can start to make a proper impact. Smith I feel sorry for because he has tried hard in games, but the quality really isn't there. It doesn't justify some of the abuse he has had from some folk but it does justify us not wasting anymore time on him.

We've signed a 15year old left back from the academy, that's Leahy's replacement sorted.

I hope we don't sign him, he doesn't score enough goals, we've got folk that can do that already. We need to sign someone to replace Loy's goals, preferably of the previous season's tally. If we just sign local differs we'll do nothing this season. I know signing a goalscorer is easier said than done but we shouldn't be signing folk we know aren't going to do it. Houstie has something to prove with this season's signings, fingers crossed we're aiming for better.

Dick looked pretty good first few games of the season but against Hibs in the last league game he didnae look confident at all, hesitant, poor passing, and positioning. Could be because he has been kept out the team for so long and he can build himself back up to better form, but if Leahy goes I dinnae fancy us gambling on him getting better, Leahy would definitely need replaced.
