  1. That’s a fair summary, we were 2 nil up, going on 4 or 5 and they never should have scored there equaliser. On top of that the penalty was ridiculously soft. But…… we clearly need Thomson back, or a better alternative striker. The one on one was a terrible miss, the only excuse I can offer is he had far too much time. We weren’t bad, we passed the ball around well, definitely the better team but yet again haven’t got one over the line. That said the soup was good.
  2. I was really worried before the game, and whilst we looked a bit shaky the first ten minutes we improved after that. Div Wilson looked good in goals, definitely lucky on occasions but also not as troubled as often as I had expected. Where I thought he was excellent was his communication. Maybe because the ground was so quiet but he was constantly talking to his teammates. This was the first game Iv seen live this season so not much to compare it too but I was surprised how good we actually played, that’s meant as a compliment. We still clearly need a win to get moving but I was far more assured after the performance.
  3. Morrison’s have it, right beside the door. (Found having walked around the entire store)
  4. We managed to book the premier inn in Edinburgh park for £23 for in March, tram straight to airport
  5. East Coast based so can't help but speak to your local independent whisky shop, sure they will recommended someone. If your ever in the north east both the Inverurie whisky shop and Gordon McPhail in Elgin do excellent tastings.
  6. Closest train station is Keith. If your getting a bus you would need to change at Fochabers, best check the stagecoach website for times etc. If a few boys going together probably easiest to chip in for a taxi, it's not far. Good luck!
  7. As was said above its the hope that hurts the most. Like a lot of Stenny supporters I thought we were down a long time ago but bomber and the team have mainly done a good job ever since those improvements. I don't think there's too much of a difference financially between being in the 1st or 2nd division so hopefully it's not the end of the world, as long as we don't risk another relegation.
