  1. Wouldn't worry about 4k so much just now. 1080p 24fps minimum, if you want to do slow mo, at least double the frame rate to 50. I've used a Canon 7D, GoPro and a Canon M50 for stuff around about the game (interviews, behind the goal etc), our guy uses a cracking wee camera that does 1080p, best attribute I think is that it's waterproof!
  2. Evenly matched 1st half, rued a couple of good missed chances. Gow keeper was lucky to escape a red early in the first after a deliberate kick out on our forward. Funny enough it was his 2nd PK against us, think he scored from the spot for Wishaw a few years back. 3rd goal well deserved No15 caused havoc on our right side when he came on. 2nd Penalty was a ridiculous decision and subsequent red for one of our CBs was just as bad, killed any chance of an Ants comeback. Gow good value in the 2nd half for the points although 5-1 was a bit harsh on our guys.
  3. C'mon, you can at least give the other team a bit of credit although I appreciate that would be going against the grain. We struggled to create much due to decision making up top, but we were hardly troubled at the other end. Attempts on goal or shots saved is the marker? Ants were better team in the first, Lanark improved in the 2nd in a game played mostly in the middle of the park.
  4. Ants were the better team on the day, also missing a few players. All the good fortune fell for Lanark, including the inexplicable decision not to send off the no 8 after his 2nd bookable offence on the 40th minute. Not surprising he was subbed at HT. Cracking strike for the 2nd settled it.
  5. Have no clue why we were bookies favourites to be honest. Pretty much a whole new team with only 4 or 5 of last years squad remaining. Almost guaranteed to have the smallest budget as well. Cant comment on the game on Sat as wasnt there but we move on to Ashfield on Weds night Yep, no doubt the strangest decision I've seen from the Bookies so far. Particularly, if info is accurate, that some clubs have spent 5 figures on assembling a squad!
  6. Think Lesmahagow managed 2 shots on target, one was a penalty. Ants dominated the first half after the goal, lacked a cutting edge in the 2nd. Gow played better in the 2nd half, can remember 1 clear chance in the 2nd when the 9 knocked the ball wide and of course 2 missed pk's. All about opinions I suppose.
  7. Yep, appreciate the work going on at Dunipace would expect their move probably had influenced the approval the works going on there. Just think you'd want to be at the top of your game before making a change like this. If your team isn't successful, fans wont watch, it could be a long time before any real improvements are visible, if at all other than the scenery.
  8. Why name them??? It's what I've physically heard. Don't need to name them as there's more than a couple under this impression as it came from clubs moving that's why I believed there was extra cash for clubs going into the EoS league. The reply I've had might point to that JC. Grants for ground development and other aspects. Still don't get it though. Dunipace for example, have finished as the 2nd bottom side of the SJFA West, not a nice place to finish (I know, we were there last year), but they're now off to ply their trade in the 'top' leagues? Personally, I'm finding it hard to see why clubs would want to move to what sounds like a weaker League setup.
  9. That's my thoughts at the minute mate. If your not doing well in one League, surely, you'll not doing well in the new one? Don't imagine there's an empty pit, who gets priority?
  10. Does anyone have a figure for cost on getting licensed? Read the first few pages on the EOSL, quite a scary proposition depending where a club is in their development. Appreciate the docs say there will be assistance, surely clubs will be at varying stages in their development.
  11. Can someone seriously give me reasons why clubs are heading for the EOSL, lack of competition? Money? Ambition to win the SPFL Premiership/ Scottish Cup? Genuine question, I'm struggling to see why the panic at this point in time?
  12. Taking photos and video, creating animations and graphics.
