On 5 live a wee while ago Humza Yousef was on talking about receiving over 60 emails from folk being docked wages or threatened with disciplinary action by their employers for not making it in to work because of the snow. He told the Irish Tory bigot Nolan that he would like to take action against the employers, but couldn't as it is reserved to Westminster, but on the news at 11.30 the Scottish government is threatening to sanction employers for taking action against their employees.
