Sad news about Campbell Christie.

He will claim he knew all along Falkirk would win the league and he was winding up fellow fans. :lol: A long way to go but we are in with a shout, despite HB's predictions of doom.

Point is that we are in there. Can see the pars dropping points on Saturday and with Raith and Falkirk at home to bottom sdies the weekend results could make the title run in even more interesting.

I have a feeling there are going to be quite a few twists and turns before the end of the season.

Livi have been badly managed over the years, just like most of the senior clubs in Scotland. Morton went clsoe to the going out of business, just like Motherwell, Dundee, Partick and falkirk under George Fulston. It is easy for numpries with money to buy football clubs then mismanage them because of their ego but the football industry should rally round these clubs not seek to put them out of business. As I said, a 10 or 15 point deduction every season a club i in administration is enough.

Trawl any fans site and you will always find one outlandish quote from a fan, that doesn't mean you thump the club. Livi fans are no different from fans of other clubs, they gloat when they are doing well, all fans do but dont kill the club.

Livi were correct to do refuse to play in the 3rd divisoon. Airdrie were in administration for years and we went through all the crap with Steve Archibald before the SFL got to grips. A10 or 15 point deduction would have been enough.

Haven't read anything other tha the last page of this thread but I think the SFL have been very harsh indeed. Befre I gt the look at Airdrie bit I think they were harsh then as well although Airdrie had been in administration for years. A few years back Morton were in the hands of an owner who could have put them out of business, Dundee as well so there by the grace of god and all that. If there were genuine football people looking to tke over a 10 point penalty, like the English system, would have been fairer.
