  1. The Black Russian by Vladimir Alexandrov. A very interesting book about an American who took up Russian citizenship in pre-Communism Russia.
  2. Billy Bragg at the ABC in December. Wee wedding present from my wife to be. We get married 9 days before the gig.
  3. Probably the most random match I ever attended was in 1988 whilst on holiday in Rovinj now in Croatia but still in Yugoslavia at that time. It was a third division match and tbh I can't remember who they were playing although the home side won 2-0. It was the same week Scotland had won 2-1 in Norway on the way to qualifying for Italia 90.
  4. Generation Wall by Mark Scheppert about his recollections of growing up in the former East Germany. Interesting but not as insightful as I thought it was going to be as he grew up in the more privileged part due to his father being a sports coach at Dynamo Berlin.
  5. What like Glasgow and Edinburgh?
  6. I don't give a f**k what you think tbh. I am in the police and have been for 14 years and I don't give two fucks if you believe that or not. Go f**k off and talk shite with somebody who cares what you think.
  7. You are correct I know. I'm scared of being alone though. Just before I met my fiancee I had purchased the means to take my own life and was more than willing to carry it out. I am not as strong as I thought I was and am worried my downward spiral is starting again. I will make appointment at docs as know this needs addressed.
  8. Not feeling great at minute. I was in a destructive relationship and got out finding my beautiful fiancee. I can't help but want to be with her all the time and worried I am pushing her away. I am not jealous and in no way think she would ever hurt me I just constantly worry I will lose her. I would lay down my life for her and love her with all my heart but know I will lose her. I need help as my life would be over without her.
  9. I was in the Mearns consuming alcohol last week. Surprised I was allowed in the border tbh.
  10. No I do realise that mate as know that you are not bigoted in respect of thes things. Suppose you can't argue with pig headed brainwashed people who think it's ok to hate someone based on their faith.
  11. Possibly but as a decent person I believe in fighting racism, sectarianism and sexism. These people want to keep it going. Ffs people it's 2015 not 1690.
  12. So one minute these so called religiou organisations are organising youth clubs well some of it is religous. Why do it under the banner of religion. Why not just under the banner of a youth club. Why are so keen to deflect the trouble caused by the club you believe in and the other side. It causes nothing but trouble but as this trouble is traditional it is allowed to continue and then even worse is polluting the streets of Scotland.
  13. Praise yes but they are still actively participating in bogoted organisations based on religion. They do know that it is the same God and the so called opposite are really the same? It is outdated and unnecessary in 2015 to have these idiots prancing about in their Sgt Pepper uniforms. Go to church if you want to practice your faith. Stop shoving it in the face of society prevented going about their life because you want to disrupt city centres. Don't you think cops could be better utilised than having to walk with marching bands?
  14. So in your eyes bigotry is fine to continue because it is tradition? It appears to be something close to your heart and I think that it is sad that in 2015 a 21 year old thinks that it is ok for groups to go round openly displaying hatred and defying the law by marching where they are not supposed to. Am sure they could run these youth clubs without the need to be under the banner of religion. Maybe they could try and keep the churches open that are shutting down everyday. That would be a better expression of their alleged faith.
