  1. But advances the route to independence not one iota. Good for the party. Bad for the country.
  2. I think it is entirely fair to remind people of your very recent past voting record as you pass high handed judgement on SNP candidates presently.
  3. He voted for Brexit in a campaign ran by - Vote Leave - Dominic Cummings, Boris Johnson, Michael Gove. Leave.EU - Nigel Farage and Arron Banks Now he feels all tingly about Forbes getting the top job. f**k off!
  4. To win independence you need as broad a church (forgive the pun) as possible. That is what the SNP should be. Fiscal Conservatives, Socialists, Greens, Centrists...whatever. As long as they firmly believe Scotland would be better off as an independent country. A face to put up against every unionist party that claims to be any of the above and show voters why independence will be better for them. Just indulging green left wing policies that have been a disaster narrows your voter base and leads to....this.
  5. Her latest orders must be to stand down and have a rest. No threat on the horizon from - the names Swinney...John Swinney
  6. Yeah heard that story. Sounds bollocks. Probably the inspiration for the Robert Harris novel out a few years ago.
  7. You'll have to remind me when there was ever a female Pope? or Archbishop of Canterbury? or even an Imam at the local mosque? Selective bollocks.
  8. The SNP and Greens are an absolute embarrassment. Toys oot the pram behaviour from both sides. Now the country is left with the prospect of John Swinney topping his pension fund for the next two years before he packs it in altogether. Where was the succession strategy? A dominant party emptied by Sturgeon within a few short years. A shower of shite left to pick up the pieces.
  9. Probably best not indulging in that kind of stuff then.
  10. A more coherent plan than anything laid out by Sturgeon or her glove puppet successor.
  11. No doubt. Coming up for 10 years since the referendum, and they will still be sitting their arses on those green benches doing bugger all to advance independence. Useless.
  12. At least Northern Irish unionists can put the squeeze on Westminster Governments given half the chance to get something. Scottish unionists are just cringing cap-doffing weirdos that will happily do as they are told.
  13. The SNP / Independence movement after the Salmond years has been a joke. Lots of happy clappers sipping the kool-aid of mammy Sturgeon, believing she had a secret master plan that would outfox those dastardly Westminster Tories.
