Hearts and Aberdeen do offer significantly pricier options but also significantly cheaper than anything we offer as well on all categories. I'd imagine Silver is probably around the standard with Bronze being restricted view but I could be wrong. Aberdeen also give away a free U12 ticket for every adult ticket that's purchased. Hearts also released their pricing strategy (which is their first increase in 4 years) in March in order for some fans to prepare for the early bird prices. Really puts our shocking prices into context IMO.

It's mostly the increase for U12s that annoys me. From £1 to £50. The potential to entice future generations are slashed with that one. We were in the upper half of the league with our season ticket prices this season already and have a pretty non-functioning pitch so have to reschedule all the time and we are also in a cost of living crisis - so let's slap on around a £100 increase. I like to think I earn a decent amount but giving me a months notice to pay £430 or face an additional charge is dangerously close to pricing me out. I'll no doubt pay it but fucking hell.

I didn't mind Donnelly, particularly after he went to LB in the second half. Dodgson was having yet another horror show at LB in the second half after initially thinking he was finally settling into being a decent LB. Thought the Howley sub made a lot of sense as we were losing the midfield battle and wanted to push forward a bit more. At the beginning of the second half and until we changed it after they scored, it was just wave after wave of St Johnstone attacks. Howley didn't necessarily influence the game much himself but the extra man in midfield allowed us more out balls.

If we didn't score, was there the potential for Mitov being sent off? Blatantly saved the ball with his hands miles outside his box.

That Sidibeh is clearly an utter donkey that doesn't know what he's doing but he's cracking to watch. All action, power and pace.

Absolutely did not expect Kevin Thomson to tie Michael Stewart up in absolute knots whilst speaking about Aberdeen and causing Stewart to have a full on heads gone.

Dan Phillips is the only St Johnstone player that looks a class above. I know he has plans to go back down South/abroad but he's a player a Scottish club should be trying to tempt for next season. Class act in a competent team.

Our supporter faction, Dee4Life, recently did a survey of their members and it worked out that the average member of the group was 60 years olds and lived in the city. We definitely have an ageing fanbase and have struggled until the Americans took over at least, to try and cultivate the younger generation to attend.
