I've not seen it since it was at the early stages of design, but tomorrow's Lennox should be an absolute beezer. We got three (well two and myself) actual sports journos to put together a special pull-out on the Cup final, and it looked absolutely great last week. Assuming everything went to plan we should have six or seven exclusive interviews, plus a few wee features and some other stuff.9 points

Yep, fully expect them to continue lapping up the Tory pish, then act all surprised when they get shafted (yet again) at the end of the transition period. Fermers next, please.7 points

Had a happy 13-week scan today. Strong heartbeat and low nuchal translucency calculated score. Anyone recommend anywhere in Perth/Dundee/Edinburgh for an additional scan. Money, not a problem as I have a 5 figure income!6 points

Should've held it in a field beside the Renton road. All the local music clubs would've been behind it.6 points

Worrying trend of Facebook and Twitter mummies going, 'evry1 shud leave Ant frm Ant n Dec alone. He iz goin thru mental health issues!!! You dont no wat its lyk' Turns out they are defending the c**t for getting in his motor smashed at 4pm yesterday in Central London and ploughing into 2 other cars, injuring a 3 year old girl in the process. I'm extremely sensitive to mental health issues but they can't be used as a fucking excuse or get out clause for something as reckless as drink driving you cretins.6 points

Davidson weaselling out of her red lined corner. Should come as no surprise - she'll still have some of the snake oil lubricant she and the Fluff Meister used when the DUP got their bung and "Scotland must get what NI gets" became "Scotland will take it up the back scuttle as normal". Still, this United Kingdom. What a fucking shitehouse.4 points

If the 13 year old sister had been armed with a semi automatic assault rifle, she could have maybe rinsed her 9 year old brother before he got a chance to shoot her.4 points

There might actually be a case for a collective award, post the appointment of Clarke and reading match threads on here I haven't heard much negativity about any of your players. If the fans feel that all the players are playing full pelt maybe a collective award would be appropriate . Obviously not all the players have played at 100% on every appearance, but from what I have read the players have maintained high levels of both individual and collective performances, which has resulted in the feel good factor returning to RP.3 points

If any part of the UK is to have ongoing access to the Customs Union then that option must be made available to all if they want to take advantage of it. It's inconceivable that the threat of a terrorist resurgence is sufficient to create a different arrangement. If this is a retained option then Scotland must have it too. If it's not really an option then well played on booting the can down the road again.2 points

Call me mad but, I think we just won a game at the same time as both the uglies dropped points. Bottle merchants no more!2 points

Pish. Salmond's programme is independently produced with an independent editorial team and without interference from RT management, often taking an anti-Putin stance (as when Salmond dedicated a show to LGBT issues in Russia, for instance). You're parroting the unionist line promoted by those well-known paragons of free and entirely neutral speech at BBC Scotland, The Daily Telegraph, Mail and Herald.2 points

Aye. You're right. I mis-read that wiki entry. I count 19 clean sheets in Randolph's first season: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/2010–11_Motherwell_F.C._season Hollis only played one game, the league game of the season against Celtic. So seems like 19 it is. Edit to add: here's Randolph's 10/11 season https://www.transfermarkt.com/darren-randolph/leistungsdaten/spieler/51321/plus/0?saison=20102 points

Seriously, though. Why the f**k SHOULDN'T Killie beat Sevco? Why shouldn't the form team in the country with the manager of the year go into a game against a deflated Rangers and their youth coach and not expect to win? Sportsound mostly exists these days to provide examples of what's wrong with sports coverage in Scotland.2 points

My simple answer to that would be why should I have to educate them about it? I want them to go and watch football not have to learn about religion and politics.2 points

Considering spending the entire challenge cup final singing songs about the IRA, just to troll tartantony.2 points

Here’s part of the problem. I’m using Celtic as an example because it’s the most recent game against one of the “Big Two” that I have attended. Two separate things happened at Pittodrie that day. Shay Logan kicked the ball off Scott Brown, and the vast majority of the 2,000 Celtic fans sang about joining the IRA three or four times during the match. Afterwards, Brendan Rodgers had a go at Logan as being a bad example for young supporters. However, no mention that the the Celtic fans singing about joining an illegal organisation is a bad example for young supporters. It’s the deafening silence from clubs that is a major problem. For any club whose supporters sing sectarian songs during games, these clubs should be coming out after EVERY match and saying that it is unacceptable. Every game, no exceptions. By keeping silent, these clubs are in effect saying that it’s ok to sing their utter bile, week in, week out.2 points
