  1. Pinched from another forum, this is surely one of the best things about modern football. Mascots observing a minutes silence. http://www.wsc.co.uk/forum-index/27-football/852607-mascots-observing-minutes-silences

  2. First thing I'll say to you is this: do not feel "horrible" or "selfish" about taking an overdose. The idea that suicide (attempted or otherwise) is "selfish" is wrong. It happened because you felt that way at the time. It doesn't make you a bad person. Secondly, you're not alone. You can do it but you might just need some help to get there, and there's nothing wrong with that. There's people who can offer that and you only need ask. Start with the most important issue to you right now and work from there, one step at a time.

  4. Does anyone own large tracts of land that they would be willing to donate? I have a dream. A dream where we establish our own state. Decetopia it will be called and the capital, Bantersesh, will have great skyscrapers (renamed reem pillars) projecting into the stratosphere and streets laden with wall to wall poontang. Joey Essex is God, The Collector is Jesus and we, Club DECE, are his disciples. This LAD council will rule over this prosperous nation; keeping pattergeddon at bay by banishing the middle-aged infidels. What better place than here? What better time than now?

  5. So? Despite new Rangers being allowed membership of the SFA on the explicit grounds that Sir Craigy Whyte was not involved in the new club it would appear that he was involved. Does this mean that their membership is null and void? Can all clubs who lost out to Inter demand some sort of recourse? Who will take their place in the celubrious Ramsdens final? Why is Bennett's latest meltdown centred around Celtic fans being p***ks when his club are being ripped to shit? We all know Celtic fans like Rangers Inter fans (and Rangers fans before them) have a vast majority of p***ks in their ranks. It's been said a gazillion times they are identical but for the colours they wear. Go on Benny, I've left tons in the post for you to pick up on and use for deflection. It won't change the fact that your club are a laughing stock and anyone still supporting them must be either insane or severely masochistic.

Intriguing ... you don't have the balls to admit it and are, instead clearly happy to continue in your utterly transparent and pathetic ways. That's a confession right there.

  9. I did and he says you are a complete tool of a guy . And you should read the gospel of Judas you fud ,it's a fascinating read and another incite into how we should view who Judas was to Jesus and not the Romanised version that makes Judas out the bad one. The Romanised vision of Judas was to separate Christians from their Jewish roots and blame the Jews for Jesus's death because we all know it was Pilate who ordered Jesus's death and he has Roman wasn't he ?, and you can't have a Roman kill the Messiah now can you if you are making it the new Roman religion and it wouldn't look good if a Roman killed the Messiah ?. It all politics you see and I wouldn't expect someone as thick as you to understand such complicated things as how to manipulate people into believing something that is not true just like you think it's the same club and how my post has now become relevant to the BRALT .

  10. The old club, Moonbeams etc left the door wide open rather than facing the music themselves. The SFA are as incompetent and spineless as they are complicit and corrupt. The orcs are as gullible as my mate who got robbed by the wallet inspector.

  11. Yhallsaint, in July I took all my anti depressants, on the 23rd sept I took anti depressants, Diazapam and sleeping tablets. On the 26th Sept I took 32 paracetamol. The last one was a proper attempt others probably desperate crys for help. I also cut myself extensivly. I was in a psyc ward on voluntary admission in July because had my GPs not been there I was going in front of the next Ayr express train. Today I saw my consultant psychiatrast and he was amazed at the report in front of him and the person sat there. You are not selfish, you have an illness that is debilitating and poorly treated by and large on the NHS. Things are dark just now. But if you want them to they can get better. It's a long slow process, took me 18months last time.

  14. I have been really bad recently. I'm not even sure how it's all came about but it has floored me. I've always had a kind of depression since an incident that happened to me when I was in my teens. It was something I never dealt with at the time and just tried to blank it and keep going. For years I was completely fine, I had problems as most people do but I could always deal with them and always thought I was fine. I'm clearly not though, I moved back home last year after an illness in my family and I had to move back to help out. My dad had a heart attack in front of me and ended up being in hospital for the best part of 9 months so I wanted to be here to help out my mum and to help get through it. I tried to move out at the start of this year to be closer to my then gf but I lost out on a couple houses and ended up staying here as once again my dad took ill. Probably around May/June I started noticing I was having dramatic mood changes and the odd night I just switched myself off from the world. I work for myself and always managed work fine but at night it was hard. I kept it all to myself and just thought I would get through it but it has all came to a head in the last couple months and I don't know how to get myself out of it. I split up with my gf but tbh I don't think thats a bad thing. I lost a very good friend a couple years back and at the time I didn't think it affected me but I've been thinking about him a lot recently. Work has dried up as well and i've had a couple jobs but i've not been interested. I was seeing a physcologist as I felt I needed to talk about things and try get myself back on track but it actually made me worse. I would come out of the meetings and feel so down sometimes for a few days. It's something i'm not proud and I'm not even sure why but at the end of August I took an overdose after a meeting. I know its a horrible selfish thing to do and I don't even know why I done it. I can't even remember doing it, I remember waking up in hospital but their is a mental gap. I ended up getting sectioned and spent a while in and out of hospital. I also ended up in the cells one night as the hospital didn't have a bed. 2 months on and i'm still no better. I'm down more than I ever have been. I've tried to just get back to normal but am really struggling again. I've not really got many people to talk to anymore and I hate telling people about. Reading this thread has helped knowing other people have came through things and this can be managed. I had a really bad episode on Tuesday night and am only just feeling normal. I'm worried how little I care for myself just now. I've from being as good as can be to being at the bottom and I can't get out.

  22. oh i have noticed, and it's horrible to watch... ironically, the thread stayed bang on topic, right up until about mid june last year... then something changed. When did the No Surrender interview take place? was it not brought into the debate as part of the radio scotland podcast discussion, and therefore a direct part of the flow of the conversation taking place at that time and therefore on topic? and i don't think the podcast (which allowed the no surrender debate to start) was a reply and whataboutery to the amsterdam defelection.

  23. Most folk on here (this thrread) said they couldn't give a shit about it. I certainly didn't. I personally thought the issue was the media hyping shit up and whipping up a frenzy. Re debts; I got myself fucked up with them too. You really shouldn't worry about it. By the sounds of things you don't have any funds coming in anyway so they can't do anything in that regard. Also baliffs don't exist in Scotland so they won't be coming round to your door; if anyone ever does, they have zero legal rights and you can just tell them to f**k off. But none ever will due to them having no legal powers in Scotland and the cost isn't worth it for them. I imagine they'll be threatening to put a default against you; if they are threatening this, chances are it's already happened. They'll phone and email and even text you a lot I'd imagine, and it can be quite disconcerting and worrying, but you have to realise that they can't do anything to you. The way forward is to speak to a local citizens advice and rights branch. My debt was something like £7500, and I got a debt arrangement scheme to sort it out. I'll be paying £60 a month for about 7 years (I know the maths doesn't add up here, but the companies accepted it) and it's was such a relief when I got it sorted. I don't get any calls, letters, emails or texts any longer. In fact I don't even deal with the companies at all; it's all done through the firm that are dealing with my DAS. I was really worrying about this as well, but when I got it sorted it really helped. I'm on some sort of credit blacklist for 7 years, but that doesn't bother me as I can't envision me needing credit any time soon. I never needed it in the first place but it was easy to get and helped me with an addicition problem. The other options you have are to call each company you owe money to and come to some sort of arrangement with them individually, or bankruptucy (costs £200 in Scotland which I always found ludicrous; if you want to bankrupt, you're surely fucking skint, so how can you afford £200?!). So today, if you can, do two things; 1. Change your bank account. Don't give any of the companies you owe money to the details of the new account. Move all your funds (if you have any) to the new account. 2. Make an appointment with your local citizens advice and rights organisation.

  24. http://www.thetimes.co.uk/tto/public/cyclesafety/article3916039.ece Rising incomes? Where? Higher congestion is going to make more people use cars? In Almost Every European Country, Bikes Are Outselling New Cars http://www.independent.co.uk/news/business/sharewatch/market-report-revived-halfords-is-pedalling-in-front-8608471.html This is an article in the business section of a newspaper, not the cycling or environment or so on. Here Halfords is referred to as a 'cycling retailer' with a positive 'buy' glow. http://www.ctc.org.uk/blog/chris-peck/young-people-are-driving-less I am posting this because I think there is going to be a massive backlash against cycling in the next couple of years. The past few years has seen lots of positive press about cycling and its a soft way for a government to burnish its environmental credentials with little cost. But now it is starting to become more of a problem across Europe. A generation is no longer seeing buying a XR3 and modding it up as a way to show off. Essentially an industry is losing its customers. This is not just the UK btw, the US and Australia are also seeing similar trends. Part of it is driven by what is called 're-urbanisation', decaying inner city areas have become the hot new place to live for the young, you need a car less. Part of it is smart phones and the internet. But it means massive industries are seeing drops in sales. Halfords can cover for the drop in sales of spoilers and in car audio with 3K bikes. GM,not so much. The DfT is now claiming there will be less cycling in the next couple of years, cyclists are a dangerous menace stories starting to pop up in the press. It just feels like the government now wants young people to go back to buying cars again for a while.

  28. I've never tried to get tickets to a league game at the Allianz, but from what I understand, Bayern games sell out more or less instantly. I'm sure you'd be able to get a ticket on somewhere like viagogo or the like. There was actually an article in one of yesterday's papers, saying that Bayern have sold out every home game for the rest of the season, so even that could be a struggle. In comparison, you can walk up to the ground when 1860 are at home and get a ticket without an issue, as you would expect from a side with an average attendance of under 20,000 playing in a 71,000 stadium.

  31. I remember a game at Ochilview a few years ago when I was sitting just in front of the wee boxed-off bit in the stand. There was a bunch of lads in it dressed as gorillas, obviously on a stag do or something. There was a minutes silence before the game for an ex-Stenny player who had died, and I just about managed to stifle my giggles at the sight of a row of blokes in gorilla costumes standing with their heads bowed. Or at least I did until the silence was interrupted by one of their phones ringing out with the Thonas the Tank Engine theme tune.

  32. It is perfectly possible to dislike Rangers more than Celtic for whatever reason, and yet not be a Celtic supporter by any stretch. Just about every regular non-OF supporter who posts on here gets labelled a Celtic fan or has a superfluous 'h' inserted somewhere into their name. It's childish and daft. Regards, BhinoBalls.
