  1. It wasn't the fans clapping them off enthusiastically for a good performance but the team took the trouble to come and thank the fans for coming. They got a little abuse and a polite thanks in return. It was all pretty low key.
  2. Chalmers positioning did seem a bit odd yesterday as he was sitting very deep, especially in the first half. However he provided our two best set pieces yesterday -in fact our best set pieces this season- one of which led to Rose's goal. I'd definitely play him as he is our most creative player.
  3. The team formation 4-1-4-1 was really good with Musonda as holding midfielder. He had a much better game than his first game back. McGeady and Chalmers class and Smith and Stanger both had good games. Some positives even though we lost.
  4. A good turn out at Dam Park for the Moff today. Well done to all the organisers, punters and volunteers- in fact, everyone who contributed to a successful afternoon!
  5. For any Ayr supporters coming up by car, the Perth roundabout on the A9 has a half hour delay due to roadworks-southbound much worse!
  6. He looks as if he is carrying an injury-not running freely. There was a through ball that a fit Dipo would have run onto but he lumbered after it.
  7. I can't register online either- claiming a valid e mail address is invalid.
  8. Is there a link available for buying tickets for tonight's game against Annan or is it pay at the gate?
  9. This is just about it. Tomi's been doing little or no training between matches. There's no way he can last 90 minutes and is playing through pain.
  10. We were due to travel up this morning and make a weekend of it but hubby tested positive yesterday so our plans were scuppered. So disappointed. Hope those that do make it up are in good singing voice and get right behind the team. 'Mon the Honest Men!
  11. So good to see Moff being valued by Lee Bullen after the poor treatment he received from Hopkin and Duffy. After the game at Dunfermline when he didn't make the bench, I was convinced he would leave. A fantastic performance from Moff last week too.
  12. What concerns me is if we lose today we could be bottom. If the rest of the season is cancelled, we could get automatically relegated just like Partick. Squad selection beggars belief.
  13. A truly atrocious game. The best part of the day was our lunch beforehand and that was only mediocre. I sympathise with Jim Duffy over the unbalanced squad he's inherited, but there's absolutely no justification for not naming Moff on the bench - I understand Moff was fully fit! Why do McGinty and Salkeld get onto the bench before Moff? The game was calling out for Moff's composure and ability to keep the ball up. Jim Duffy needs to keep the dressing room on board and by excluding Moff, he is not going to achieve that. The only positives were seeing Muirhead and O'Connor back on the pitch. Unless we have some magic in the January transfer window, I fear we are for the drop.
