  1. Actually, did Charles Green not proclaim that ''no individual will ever again hold more than a 10% stake in the club''?
  2. I think most of us, would just prefer that your club wasn't here tbh. End of problem IMO
  3. Would be fairly typical if - in light of the Celtic result - we now make a baws of it tomorrow, just as Utd did today. Don't know if it's a good or bad thing to know Celtic have dropped points before we play our game.
  4. Awe that'd be so good. I mean, I am right in thinking that it has been 'inferred' by many, that McDowall was already in charge of setting the team and tactics. So there should be no real danger of significant improvements and the fun times should continue awhile then. Pleasing
  5. In reverse order 3)'Inverness Caledonian Thistle' - for basically all the reasons you mentioned. 2)'Bon Accord' (The one from Aberdeen) - It has a poetic sound, as does pretty much all French but has a really cool story behind it too. It is of course the motto of The City of Aberdeen and it's said to have been a secret password, used by Robert The Bruce's forces in a campaign against the English. Also, any club that holds the record for biggest defeat, deserves a . sympathy vote 36-0 to Arbroath ffs And finally 1) 'The Rangers International' - It's just so modern and cosmopolitan but then I suppose a club should have a name that reflects the era of it's birth, right ETA:- Don't ask but I canny be arsed trying to fix it

  7. Aye, the press conference, where he gave a very fair and honest appraisal of the whole situation IIRC. He's forever a hero in my eyes.
