If a player is suspended in amateur football and he signs for a junior club does his ban carry over to said junior registration or is it held until he returns to amateur; potentially never?

Yes and started with 8 of the starting 11 from Hampden 14/15 months ago with arguable improvements amongst the other 3. One or 2 injuries; 2 suspended and a couple still on holiday but rumours quashed hopefully. Been a stop start pre-season granted but time to get on with it now.
