  1. I have absolutely no idea what you're talking about tbh. If you really need it explaining... If any foul took place, it was Hamilton with his knees into Devine, therefore the correct decision was either no foul or free kick to ICT. In either of these scenarios then there could not be any goalscoring opportunity, as ICT were not attacking, and no card would be merited. Simple really, and something you would think that a FIFA International referee would be able to would see/know, though apparently not. Anyway, what's done is done, some terrible decisions you suffer from, others you don't, on to the final and use the injustice to motivate.
  2. Well it's one or the other. It can't have been getting collected by Ridgers if it wasn't heading towards the goal surely? Yes, it was collected by Ridgers because it wasn't heading towards the ARBROATH goal, so as it wasn't heading towards that goal, then there was no way that it was a goalscoring opportunity for the player who was fouled. Therefore no card for the foul Hamilton committed seems right, but to award Arbroath the free kick and send off the player who was fouled ??????
  3. It was never a 'goalscoring opportunity', for a start the ball wasn't even going towards the Arbroath goal when Devine was fouled.
  4. What a bunch of absolute wallopers we have in our support. Ongoing criminal behaviour from a section of "supporters", (yes I will use quotation marks), appropriate and justified action taken, clear information given on why, and these people come down on the board as the bad guys?????? You couldn't make it up.
  5. Ah, insults, the last resort of the person who knows they are wrong, and cant find a reasoned argument out of it. Go fill your boots, i can take it, doesn't justify your implicit condoning of continual criminal behaviour though.
  6. And there we have it, Making reasoned statements about what has been done wrong is being whiny, but constantly trying to justify continued criminal behaviour as just creating atmosphere and having fun, and trying to say that it's not my fault is truly the righteous path. Duty Calls
  7. Yet more from the hooligans' apologists. Why can't you understand, after numerous warnings that criminal behaviour such as smokebombs would not be tolerated, the club is finally taking action to stop it. This could have been prevented by those who perpetrated the behaviour and their friends taking responsibility and stamping it out. They didn't and they and their apologists continue to blame everyone but the themselves for the results of their actions. Get a grip, learn from your mistakes, take responsibility and create the atmosphere that everyone can enjoy without the wrong stuff.
  8. So rather than accepting that they have an element amongst them that are going to far and helping to weed it out, they blame everyone else and claim a witch-hunt against them when they are only trying to bring a bit of atmosphere. Just what are they thinking?
  9. They didn't make an arse of them themselves, they committed at least 1 if not 2 criminal offences, and it is not the first time it has happened. The slaps on the wrist have long been given and ignored, so now is the time for proper action. They have only themselves to blame.
  10. They were in possession of a flare, smoke bomb or firework whilst in a football ground, a criminal offence under The Sporting Events (Control of Alcohol etc.) Act 1985. If they were under 18 then it is an offence under The Fireworks Regulations Act 2004 for them to be in possession anywhere in public. Just because they were not charged does not mean it is not criminal behaviour. Graham Rae has been Chairman since Willie Finlayson stood down nearly 2 weeks ago. All announced by the club on their website As you are so clearly completely incorrect regarding these points, where does this leave any of the rest of your arguments?
  11. So the Chairman says that they won't tolerate potentially criminal behaviour from 'supporters', and is derided, whilst the very people causing embarrassment to the club are celebrated and in some cases implicitly condoned? I am almost speechless.
