Phil Hobbins! He absolutely roasted one of our full-backs that day. Genuinely one of the worst games I've ever been to.

Not that I disagree with Fosu not being good enough over his time with the club, but you can hardly accuse him of not showing it in pre season. He was signed after that absolutely beautiful goal against Montrose was he not?

Heard Danny had signed the other week, will be good for them at that level. They have just been promoted and will have some money, but doubt they will go mad splashing the cash. Both of those players have careers outside of pro football.

Happy with that signing, be a very good option for us. 8 goals at this level and managed 31 appearances which suggests he can be relied upon.

For context At what point is it fair to pass judgement? Fosu, Corfe, Isiaka, and Shanks have 1 league goal between them (Shanks being the goalscorer). 8 league goals in 13 games is relegation form and I don't think it helps to pretend otherwise. It's not hysteria - we are sinking without a trace FFS.

Leigh Griffiths talk in here is concerning. He's not a good character at all, comes with huge amounts of baggage (if he would be interested, which I would seriously doubt) and hasn't scored consistently in about 6 seasons.

I don't buy this line about people not willing to give the new players a chance. Absolutely they will be supported, but the signs don't look great. Deri Corfe has 0 goals from 141 minutes of football (out of 900 minutes possible) Danny Fosu has 0 goals from 641 minutes of football (out of 1350 minutes possible) Kareem Isiaka has 0 goals from 34 minutes of football (out of 450 minutes possible) Either these players are not fit, not trusted, or are not at the required level. This is now our fourth signing of this nature while we sit rooted to the bottom of the league. Concern is obviously understandable - we finished 2nd last season FFS.
