Tbh, I've a feeling this is one where fans won't be consulted due to the potential cost implications. Taking a look at Aberdeen's statement saying they can't afford it, there's no way we'd be able to either -

Off topic slightly, but St Vincent's Hospice are holding a bucket shake at the stadium before the Celtic game on the 5th March. We're looking for a few volunteers who'd be happy to help out for about an hour before the match to raise funds for the Hospice. The last bucket shake raised over a grand (can't remember the exact figure off the top of my head). If anyone's interested, drop my colleague Tracy an email at tracy.watson@svh.co.uk -

Cool. Figured we'd be too far removed from him, but wasn't sure. -

Mentions money from Baccus being shared with all the clubs a player has been at. Does that mean we'll get a small amount for Mooy being there too? -

It's when you compare the first half of the first Rangers home game to the recent Hibs game. Against Rangers, he was everywhere and seemed unplayable, pinging about passes that you'd expect Ronan to be making. As such, we played Rangers off the park for the majority of that half. Against Hibs, however, he'd win the first ball then stop, and then complain that the opposition had retaken posession; and his passing was abysmal. How he wasn't hooked after 55/60mins is beyond me. It's that Jekyll and Hyde aspect that frustrates me. He has the ability to be the first name on the team sheet each week, but doesn't seem to want to show it -

Playing devil's advocate for a second, but I wonder if he was trying to do right by those players by telling them early. The sooner you know you're not getting a contract extension, the quicker you can alert your agent and give them more to find you somewhere else. That said, if said players have already been successful in securing contracts elsewhere then I can totally understand them not giving 100% on a matchday. -
